“Dan Morris did a number of large projects for me including renovating my kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Renovating the kitchen involved among other things, gutting the existing kitchen, removing a load-bearing wall, and moving the electrical, plumbing and HVAC ducts which ran from the floor below to the floor above. The bathroom was also taken down to the two-by-fours and involved the installation of a commercial style electrical door. All three projects involved mostly custom features. Dan also replaced most of the windows in my house, refaced a fireplace, opened up a doorway, which involved removing another load bearing wall, and did various other small jobs.As should be evident by the amount of repeat business that I have given to Dan, I have been very satisfied with Dan’s work. I appreciate his “can-do” attitude, even when the request is out of the ordinary. Dan figured out how to solve problems that other professionals told me were not possible. In addition to general contracting, Dan does his own carpentry work and is an excellent carpenter. In my experience, Dan has always lived by his original estimates even when there were small changes in the plan. I continue to call Dan whenever I have appropriate projects for him. I have recommended Dan to my friends and do not hesitate to recommend Dan to you.”
